Paint is still around in Windows 10, but if you are having trouble locating it, you can try this shortcut.
Using The Run Command: MS Paint
Opening Paint is as easy as entering “paint” into the search bar without the quotes. If that does not work for you because of a glitch, you can hit the Windows key, hold it and hit R. Then into the next window enter mspaint.exe and hit Enter. This should open Microsoft Paint.
Using The Windows Explorer
Paint is located in C:\Windows\System32\mspaint.exe
This is the default location for Windows 10 and previous versions of Windows.
Double-click the exe file. You will find various other executables in that folder including msra.exe, a spell-checker and all sorts of other useful system tools, all of which are also accessible via the Windows 10 Start Menu!
